Managing Volunteers (Outdoor Explorer Series: Leadership Courses)

One of the things that make Hoofer Clubs unique is the fact that we as club members and program managers are often overseeing volunteers in our club leadership roles. Other organizations may also experience this and are welcome to join this class. Oftentimes working with volunteers can be very rewarding, but can also have its unique challenges. In this course we will talk about what is important to know when working with volunteers and how to get the most out of these collaborators in your future leadership roles.
