Ratings
- Attending trip leader training will not guarantee your status as a trip leader in the club, but will give you the skills to lead trips through Hoofers Mountaineering.
- Participants must either be a member of the Hoofer Mountaineering exec board OR have their top rop anchors rating through the club prior to the trip.
- No official ratings will be given on this trip

- Trip Purpose/Goals
- The purpose of the trip is to train new trip leaders into the club. The training will detail expectations of being a trip leader and some hard and soft leadership skills.
