Wolf River Whitewater

UPDATE: This is going to be a day trip on Saturday, Aug 19---leaving Madison at 7:30 am and likely getting back by 10 pm or so. The trip is now closed to additional sign-ups. Hoofers will be paddling with qualified non-Hoofer guests on this trip.

This is a trip for intermediate and advanced whitewater paddlers. We will paddle Section IV of the Wolf River for sure---one of Wisconsin's finest whitewater runs with solid Class 3 rapids through a gorgeous riverway. There is a fee to paddle the section. You need an R3p kayaker rating from Hoofers.

I'm scheduling this as a full weekend trip, but there's a chance we might do it as a long day trip one of the days. It depends on what else might be running. We can work this out.
