Ships Passing in the Night – Lights, Shapes and Sound Signals

Led by one of our top Navigators and Instructors, Mark Gillespie, this presentation will help you make sense of the "Navigation Rules" Part C and Part D (Rules 20-37), which specifies the light patterns shown by ships at night and the sound signals they use to maneuver around each other. We'll also look at the Responsibilities Between Vessels (Rule 18) and discuss standing the Night Watch during passages.
