We are meeting at the Memorial Union at 2 PM today for practice paddling in waves and strong wind on Lake Mendota off the union. You are invited! No need to be there exactly at 2.
We must get off the water if there is lightning.
Which watercraft?
SKL Leaders and advanced ratings of SK2p and up are welcome to paddle a sea kayak, but otherwise I am generally not able to handle sea kayaks.
You must have completed an Orientation Lesson in the type of watercraft you want to paddle (canoe or whitewater kayak) to attend.
