NRS Canoecopia

Canoecopia - The world's largest paddling expo - is right around the corner!!

NRS (Nortwest River Supplies) has offered any Hoofers paddlers a work / trade agreement in which you would work the Canoecopia event for NRS in exchange for a piece of gear. That gear could be a PFD, a river knife, or a substantial discount off of a more expensive item like a dry suit at bigger than a 50% discount. In addition to gear, you would get a free 1 year membership to their Paddleways app. It's basically AllTrails but for everything paddling (it looks pretty sweet). They need coverage for these times:

Friday 3pm-8pm (3/8)

Saturday 9am-6pm (3/9)

Sunday 10am-4pm (3/10)

It would be you and one other person working at a time (you'll just be working the register in all likelihood...they'll show you how to do it). You will also have some freedom to get up and check out the event while you're working. We may split up Saturday so that we have two shifts to split the day up. They will also need people for breakdown on Sunday if you would like to do that. Canoecopia is hosted at Alliant Energy Center.
