Drop in Swim Tests

Come get your swim test before paddling season ramps up! The tests will be at the Nicholas Recreation Center (the Nic) from 1-2pm and you can drop in at any time during the hour to do your test.
Your swim test rating is needed to go on any water based trip in the club. It includes treading water/floating for 5 minutes and swimming 100 yards. This rating can be obtained with a life jacket (provisional swim test) or without (standard swim test), and signifies that you are comfortable in the water. If you have ever held a lifegaurd or scuba certification, you can email proof of that to me and I can assign you the rating without even coming!
Head on down to the pool when you arrive and find the person in a pink shirt. If you can't find me please text me at 612-615-5846. Hope to see you there!
