Join Outdoor UW for their new Outdoor Explorer Series. Learn and practice a new skill that will make you more comfortable and excited for your next adventure!
Intro to Community Building Tools
This leadership course gives you a birds eye view of group development and behavior. Join us in collaboration with the Adventure Learning Program (ALPs) to learn about how to build an effective community in the outdoors through fun icebreakers and team building activities.
Upon completion of this class participants will:
- Identify the benefits of high-functioning groups
- Explore the stages of group development
- Learn ice breaker tools and tips from the experts at ALPS

- In the event that the course is cancelled by Outdoor UW, full refunds will be issued. Refunds will not be issued if participants cancel within 24 hours of event.
