What level of service is required to be a Trip Leader? How can we be service oriented while managing a trip? What level of service is expected of us as Trip Leaders? This class discusses the concrete and tangible ways we as Hoofer Trip Leaders or outdoor recreation organization leaders can be service oriented in order to improve the overall participant experience.
Upon completion of this class, participants will:
- Be able to identify and articulate the ways they can improve their service leadership as a Trip Leader

- Cancellation, Reschedule, and Refund Information
- If there is not adequate enrollment 48 hours prior to this course, it may be canceled. If the course is canceled by Outdoor UW, enrolled participants will receive an email notification and full refunds will be issued. Refunds will not be issued if participants cancel within 24 hours of the event.

- Please dress for the weather for any course that has an outdoor portion indicated in the description. All technical gear will be provided.
