Adaptive Kayak Training - Creating Ability

Hoofers Adapt, the accessibility subcommittee of Hoofer Ambassadors, has recieved our new adapted kayak from Creating Ability and are excited to train you on how to use it! Come join us for a training led by Kevin Carr, the creator of Creating Ability's adapted kayak, who is coming down from the Twin Cities. This event is open to anyone hoping to learn more about adapted kayaking, and we especially encourage individuals from the Hoofer Outing Club and Outdoor UW to join us. All are welcome! Please bring a lunch/snacks and shoes/clothes that can get wet (we will practice transfers into the water, etc.).
