Want some FREE group fitness? If so, keep reading.

What does Climbing, Sea Kayaking, White Kayaking, Telemarking, Hiking, Backpacking and Biking all have in common?  Some degree of athleticism!

So stay fit or get in shape for what ever outdoor adventures you want to pursue by coming to the November Project.

The November Project is a fitness group that is led by volunteers to provide FREE outdoor group workouts year around. This usually includes some running, tossed in with some fun exercises. All range of abilities are welcome! Usually there's about 30 to 40 people there. 

What to expect? --> Check out the Madison November Project Facebook page.

Where --> The West side of the Wisconsin State Capital

When --> 6:27am to 7:15am on Fridays

What to bring --> Some water, running shoes, running attire. 

No need to sign up, just show up.
