All people attending the event must accept the conditions of the Hoofer’s Liability Form.
The Liability form can be completed either online or in the Outdoor UW Office in Memorial Union.
Signing up for this specific event means you are providing your own transportation to Tyrol Basin. If you are wanting to ride the bus, you need to sign up for SnS Free Night at Tyrol (BUS) on the calendar.
Tickets will start being handed out at 9:15PM and the chair lifts will open at 9:30PM. You will not be able to get your ticket prior to that time.
An optional donation of $5 to go towards Madison School and Community Recreation would be greatly appreciated upon getting on the bus.
Once you arrive at Tyrol you need to go to the Mountain Services building (located next to the ticket and rental building) to receive your ticket voucher. At that point you can use that voucher to redeem your ticket at the Tyrol Basin Office.
For those that do not have their own equipment, rentals will be available for $10 at the Tyrol Basin Office.
Free Beginner lessons will also be held. The café will be available for food and beverage purchases at your own cost.
The hill closes at 12:30AM, so you need to start packing up and leaving at that time.
